COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC. can provide the Association with word processing service, message service, file maintenance and a common point of contact for Association residents.
CMG will be responsible for handling all resident phone calls regarding questions and requests, including but not limited to the following: Modification Committee, Resale Packages and New Resident’s Information.
We will reply to residents’ correspondence, prepare board meeting information packages and other general routine services, such as:
Resale certificates
Board of Director minutes and agenda
Various committee and neighborhood meeting agendas
Collection Policy
